Please follow the guideline to successfully lease a Metropolitan rental property.

Items required for submission
The following Rental Application is to be completed, signed and submitted. Certified Funds Only.

1. Metropolitan Rental Application - Click Here to Download
2. (2) most recent paystubs from each applicant, and/or any other proof of income
3. $450 earnest money deposit - must be money order, cashier's check, or online payment
4. $35/person over 18 years old - must be money order, cashier's check, or on-line payment
5. Any explanation letters

Items Required from Real Estate Agent
These items are required from the Agent for submission:

• Agency disclosure
• Office & agent information

NOTE: All Client/Agent information must be submitted with the required monies and completed application. Failure to do so will result in a delay in the approval & move-in process. ALSO, your client will receive a quick approval based on application & credit report. Please stress the importance of honesty. We do verifications after approval and all earnest monies will be forfeited if false information is given.

Submission
After your client or yourself has these items in possession, please follow the steps below:

1. Bring everything into one of our offices and reference Keith Steckbauer

2. Call 623.249.8070 and leave a message for Keith indicating that the completed package has been dropped off and specify which office.
